Julie Anne Smith, A.K.A. Julianne is an Hollywood actress, author and bestselling novelist. Her talents have won her recognition across the world. Sagittarius Born at the state of North Carolina on 3 December 1960. She's the oldest of children of Peter Moore Smith a paratrooper, and Anne, a psychology student. She's English, Scottish and of mixed descent. Because of her father's work, the Moore family was often moved and she was unable to form relationships or keep them. After her family relocated to Germany Moore attended Frankfurt American High School where she was first a part of plays. The school she attended was Boston University where she graduated in 1983 with a B.F.A. Following graduation, Moore relocated to New York where she started her journey in Off-Broadway Theater. In 1990 she began her film debut with Tales from the Darkside: The Movie that she later called an awful low-budget movie. Short Cuts (1997) and 3 Women (1993), each Robert Altman productions, were her debut films. Moore received numerous nominations and was praised for the debut film. Moore received her first film role as the lead role on the screen in Safe (1996). In 1997, her career as an actress took a turn after Steven Spielberg cast her to be the main character in Jurassic Park: The Lost World which was one of the top-grossing films in 1997. She received an SAG nomination in 1999 for the part she performed in Magnolia an critically-acclaimed film.
